I believe hard times are coming for all of us, and if we prepare we will survive. We all need to be more self sufficient, and less dependent on government. The Prepper idea is good but most of us don't have the time, resource or skills to do it the proper way. I prepare the best way I can, even a little is better than nothing. Floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, tornados, plaques and many other things happen or will happen. Prepare as if you will never see another store or hospital again.

real food my thoughts

I was at the grocery store, a guy walks by me. He has a cell phone stuck to his head blasting microwaves through his brain. He says "Oh you want potatoes?" then he says "Oh do you want real Potatoes?"

I'm thinking real as opposed to un real! I'm sure he meant the processed, chemically treated stuff in a box, but I am still amassed at how dumb modern folks are. They will eat anything and then sue when they get cancer or get as big as a house.

I love star trek but the concept of eating and drinking only things from a "replicator" just blows me  away and I wonder if eating what use to be a potato from a box is the same thing.
