About Me

I believe hard times are coming for all of us, and if we prepare we will survive. We all need to be more self sufficient, and less dependent on government. The Prepper idea is good but most of us don't have the time, resource or skills to do it the proper way. I prepare the best way I can, even a little is better than nothing. Floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, tornados, plaques and many other things happen or will happen. Prepare as if you will never see another store or hospital again.

These berries grow across the road on my property. This year they are large and so sweet, at night I hear animals there getting the ones on the lower bushes. We went up the mountain to get huckelberries but the Amish Rakers had been there already and the bushes were stripped.
I made a batch of orange soap and forgot to scent it and added it while the soap was in the mold, wrong, It had already started to set up and became something not pretty. Today I un molded it and have decided to use it for my laundry soap.
My garden is producing many large sweet onions and the tomatos are loaded.
I am going to make a salve with some of my tintures, one for sore muscles.
