I finished two batches of cookies for the freezer. Sugar cookie and molasses.
I make these in big batches, roll them then freeze them. Slice and bake when you need cookies, no need to thaw, great for when you are busy.

- I believe hard times are coming for all of us, and if we prepare we will survive. We all need to be more self sufficient, and less dependent on government. The Prepper idea is good but most of us don't have the time, resource or skills to do it the proper way. I prepare the best way I can, even a little is better than nothing. Floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, tornados, plaques and many other things happen or will happen. Prepare as if you will never see another store or hospital again.
