I believe hard times are coming for all of us, and if we prepare we will survive. We all need to be more self sufficient, and less dependent on government. The Prepper idea is good but most of us don't have the time, resource or skills to do it the proper way. I prepare the best way I can, even a little is better than nothing. Floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, tornados, plaques and many other things happen or will happen. Prepare as if you will never see another store or hospital again.

Spring is on the way

 



It has been a long winter with lots of snow. We have had snow on the ground since Halloween. All this means we have not been out very much. Bruce suffers from cabin fever and will do almost anything to get out. It is no bother to me, I find plenty to do. I have almost completed my small cook book and do a lot of work on the computer.
Today is my son's birthday he is 49 and has 4 children and 5 grand children. He is a very good person and loves his family.
I have a big garden planned for this year and have my seeds ready to go, that will be a while yet.
