I believe hard times are coming for all of us, and if we prepare we will survive. We all need to be more self sufficient, and less dependent on government. The Prepper idea is good but most of us don't have the time, resource or skills to do it the proper way. I prepare the best way I can, even a little is better than nothing. Floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, tornados, plaques and many other things happen or will happen. Prepare as if you will never see another store or hospital again.

New Soap



I just finished this 7 pound batch of soap and have put it under a ton of blankets to hold in the heat while it cures over night. This is my first try at swirling and I believe I had too much white, I will know next time. I have wanted to do this but didn't want to waste all my good oils in case I failed. I just did it---

The fragrance on this one is "Gift of the Dragon"

Tomorrow I will cut and see what happened.
