About Me

I believe hard times are coming for all of us, and if we prepare we will survive. We all need to be more self sufficient, and less dependent on government. The Prepper idea is good but most of us don't have the time, resource or skills to do it the proper way. I prepare the best way I can, even a little is better than nothing. Floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, tornados, plaques and many other things happen or will happen. Prepare as if you will never see another store or hospital again.

Among the snow flurries

A trip to Trout Creek today, 25 miles away, and visited Cuz's sale. He has some unusual items, actually he has a whole garage full of these things, and they are very expensive, he is so talented. I took some pictures for his portfolio, the chair above is his latest creation. I bought for my self three Indian heads, small but just what i needed, very well done.
On the way home we stopped at the river and let this cute dog go for his first swim of the season. So among the snow flurries and the freezing cold water, Rocky swam then crawled into the back of the jeep sitting there like a king, I'm sure he was thinking "I been waiting all winter for this" what a guy!!
A local natural medicine folks have decided to go out of business and I traded some soap for some of their wonderful things. I got jars and jars of dried herbs, some tinctures, oils and a whole box of beeswax. Also a blender and two crock pots to make the infusions with. I also talked to them about more things.
I don't go to medical Dr's so natural medicine is a must for me.
